Andigo worked with this real estate management firm’s design and marketing team to develop websites for four separate properties in their rental portfolio. Each site contains the full range of information important to prospective residents as well as access to a resident’s portal.
Behind the scenes, a central database with an easy-to-use front end powers the listings of available apartments for each building and displays the appropriate listings on each site.
Team members can manage the availabilities for all properties across the portfolio remotely, including prices, size, amenity information, availability dates, and floor plan PDFs.
